If you haven’t checked out Body Circuit yet, go now!! The red light/salt therapy experience is a must. The massage chair is hands down the best I’ve ever had (not a mall massage chair)!!! And the body scan is eye opening, to say the least. You’ll learn more than you thought you wanted to know about your body composition. Great people, great vibe.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Body Circuit! The red light and halo therapy sessions have been incredible. The treatments are not only relaxing but have also helped me feel rejuvenated and more balanced. Brian is so friendly and knowledgeable, always ensuring you get the most out of your sessions. The massage chairs are great! The red light is soothing and relaxing, the shape scale is excellent for getting to know body fat and measurements. Definitely recommend going and giving Body Circuit a shot!

I signed up for the Mom Strong package and had my first session on last Friday. Brian made sure my first strength training workout was challenging but would not leave me very sore the next day. It was a success. I'm looking forward to my next session.
