Bodywork By T

I've gone to many different massage therapists in town and T is by far one of the best. I have been receiving bodywork from T consistently for over a year and every session is restorative and healing. Their massage always makes me feel better, both physically and mentally. I recently went to T the day after I got an injury from falling off my skateboard. It was hard for me to move but after the massage session, I noticed a significant increase in my mobility. One of my favorite things about T's work is the educational aspect of it. I often learn new things about my body during our sessions, and those things have helped me in my everyday life. I have had two incredible massages with T. T is so considerate of your time, body, and what ails you. They are trauma-informed, queer- and trans-friendly, and practice wonderful consent. They are a grounded, skilled, experienced, and gifted bodyworker who knows their stuff and has twice delivered me into a state of bliss. Relaxing and affirming, Bodywork By T is the best place to book your massage. I went in a bit nervous with very little experience with Bodywork and T had a great space that immediately made me feel at ease. They communicated well and when I left, my general sense of well-being was very much improved. I will definitely be back.

Coming from somebody who has only gotten one standard massage before, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the deep tissue massage here - but T definitely is amazing at their craft and I think fixed whatever stress I have been carrying in my neck. Although that stress is back so I will have to come again! Highly recommend and have already been telling my friends.

I had a massage from T and can’t recommend it enough. As someone who experiences frequent lower back pain, T provided a great deal of relief. I would highly recommend the experience even if chronic pain isn’t a part of your experience. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and they were very respectful and professional.
