Elijah has been my go to guy for what ails me. I really appreciate his consistency and focus on what gives me relief. All while still maintaining a wholistic mindset on my whole body. He likes to incorporate breath, postural movement, and stretch to unwind your knots. Be warned, he goes deep! No fluff massage here. A deep tissue enthusiast’s favorite!
