I had a great experience here. All staff members, including those at the front desk and the x-ray tech, are welcoming and professional. The office is very clean and offers privacy during procedures. Dr. Rai is knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me. The dental hygienist, Reji Rajan did a great cleaning without any discomfort, and was also very patient and gentle during the cleaning. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dental clinic.

I recently started going to Bothell Modern Dentistry, and I’m very happy with my experience! The staff is very friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease. The hygienist, Reji R, was incredibly gentle and caring by frequently checking to see if I was experiencing pain and took the time to explain everything as she went. Thanks to her my deep cleaning experience was painless and a pleasant experience. Dr. Rai was attentive and answered all my questions related to my dental care. I really appreciated that Aimee at the front desk explained the estimated charges and how my treatment plan will work with my insurance before starting my treatment.

Dr. Rai and her team were great! It was easy to schedule. The location and parking very convenient. I had not been to the dentist in many years and they made me feel so comfortable and not at all embarrassed. Dr. Rai had a very professional but ready going personality that makes you feel at ease. Everything was explained to me in detail, treatment and financial aspects. My actual treatment was comfortable, quick and painless. I appreciate the care given to me by the whole team!

Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent care. At the front desk, Shay is friendly and is very effective at her job. Dr. Rai was professional, informative, and exhibited a high level of care. Reji (hygienist) skillfully performed a deep cleaning with such care that I felt no pain. She was very calm, transparent, and professional. This is a top notch group that has earned my respect.
