After moving away from Northeast Philly and trying several vets downtown, my family realized there is simply no one like Dr. Brett and his team. We now happily make the commute back to Boulevard Animal Hospital because the level of care here is unmatched. Our history with this practice goes back well over 20 years; we originally started with Dr. Brett’s father, Dr. Jerry Geffen,taking our first dog Max. It is a special family practice with a long legacy, and that tradition of excellence has been passed down to his one-of-a-kind son, Dr. Brett. We’ve been bringing our cats to Boulevard Animal Hospital for about five years and have always had great experiences. Brett and his staff (including Melvin, the resident cat, who always makes the visit a little less stressful) are kind and gentle with our cats, pricing is fair, appointments are available when needed, and follow-ups are thoughtful and helpful. If you’re looking for a new vet look no further!!! I have been coming to dr Brett for quite a few years now, and I have always been very happy with the staff and the treatment and care they provide for my animals. Just when I thought they were a great vet office….. they recently became our heroes!!! A few weeks before Christmas we took our 3 year old Benny to the hospital and they thought he’d just injured his back, but by that night he was completely paralyzed. The next day our options were $12,000 or more for surgery or put him down.
