I’ve had two experiences with Brady Health Center, both regarding COVID testing. My first experience was frustrating because paperwork kept getting messed up after I was supposed to be cleared and took multiple calls to fix. My second experience I called for an appointment but they lost my vaccination records and failed to mention the cost of the appointment. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the running around is frustrating.
