Dr. Magill was recommended to me by a well-respected dental professional when I needed a tooth restoration. After years of enduring impersonal, assembly-line dental care utilizing equipment “long in the tooth,” my first experience at Dr. Magill’s office a few years ago was a refreshing change. Numerous visits later, for additional restorative work and general dental care, I’ve found that Dr. Magill and his assistant explain every procedure thoroughly. Dr. B Magill and his professional staff went over and above the call of duty to put me at ease during a recent procedure (crown). When I received an appt reminder call the day before, I expressed my anxiety regarding the procedure and the associate spent 5 minutes putting me at ease that everything would be explained along the way, and suggested I bring my ear buds for distraction during the dreaded drilling parts. When I arrived for my appt Dr. Magill told me he heard I was anxious and reviewed the treatment plan by explaining my x-rays and pictures of the teeth that needed work. Dr. Magill answered all my questions, presented all my options and made sure I felt comfortable going ahead with the work. I was encouraged to ask for breaks, more anesthetic, or any more questions several times

I recently had the pleasure of having a couple of fillings this past week. I was very Impressed with Dr Magill and his assistant Sara. Sara was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr Magill was extremely gentle with administering the septocaine. The communication between the two of them made me feel reassured. My entire experience was great. I highly recommend their office. Oh and I have seen his work and it’s great !!!! As I was once a dental assistant.

I had my 6 month cleaning this week. The appointment was on time and Lynda was very professional by explaining why each procedure was necessary. Lynda's warm personality made it easy to relax during my cleaning. Dr. Brandon Magill has been my dentist for 2 years and has saved me much money as compared to another dentist regarding an unnecessary procedure.
