Breakthru Physical Therapy & Fitness - Medford, NJ

I’m posting today with a disappointing 3 stars. I would have given Breakthru Therapy and Fitness of Medford a 4 star review because I’ve only been a patient there for a very short time thus far. My first several appointments were going well. This center is a well equipped establishment with highly qualified physical therapist, but today I had to share my time with two other patients. I noticed the difference right away, there were too many people for my therapist to handle. She was running back and forth trying to give everyone her attention, which is quite impressive but also impossible at the same time. This establishment can do better, I’ve seen it. Moving forward I’m hoping that the management of this therapy center listens to my complaint and the many others that have spoken up about

Huge shout out to Olivia at Breakthru Physical Therapy & Fitness! She helped heal my elbow pain and got me back to full health faster than I expected. She’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. I felt supported and saw results quickly. Highly recommend Olivia and the entire Breakthru team!

The physical therapists and the fitness trainers are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Both make sure you have a positive experience. My programs have always been customized for me and they are adept at quickly modifying an exercise to meet my needs. Highly recommended.

My son has been coming to break thru on and off for over a year. I have always given it 5 stars but today is something more extraordinary. As I sit here watching my son receive his therapy with Matt C (who is absolutely amazing and patient with him), his everyday therapist, Shannon (also great with him & understands his limitations but pushes him where she can and with great positive feedback so he feels accomplished), is still helping out with him. They all work very well together and do what is best for each patient. What really stood out to me today was Lauren and Sofie. Lauren has a very sweet patient with disabilities (as does my son). I have never seen such compassion and sweetness before. These 2 therapists have gone above and beyond for this patient and made her feel so special. I

Joining Breakthru was the best decision I made in 2021. I started with PT. Upon recovery of that issue I began training with Lisa, and then Steve when Lisa was no longer there. I have made excellent progress towards strength training goals with Steve. Three days ago I started PT with Matt because of a knee injury. With excellent advice, therapy and training from the two of them I am feeling so much better and hopeful that someday I will be an awesome 80 year old!
