I recently had dental implants done with Dr. Bradford, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. The procedure itself went smoother than I ever expected. Dr. Bradford is incredibly skilled and precise, and it really shows in the final results — my implants look and feel so natural that I forget they’re not my original teeth. He was also very gentle and checked in with me often to make sure I wasn’t in pain or anxious. The follow-up care has been just as impressive. I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Bradford, who is the finest dentist I have ever met. He demonstrated remarkable honesty by informing me that a particular procedure was not feasible and provided a clear explanation why. He referred me to a specialist who can help me with other options that can be done. I will definitely go back to him if needed and would recommend him to anyone.

I am very disappointed in this practice. I waited 3 months for my first appointment. Less than an hour from my appointment time I received a message from the office that they had to cancel my appointment. OK great. Then they gave me my rescheduled appointment time in 2 months. WHAT 2 MONTHS. When I complained they gave me times for 2 called in visits. I work a 40 hour week in homecare and any time I need to have off I schedule way in advance with the families I work for. I am done. I believe that if a appointment is canceled due to what ever circumstance they should do what ever to get us in ASAP. Not pencil me in for two months later. This is disrespectful. He deserves no stars.

EXCELLENT! Real nice office staff (the ladies i fail to remember thier names, were just the friendliest) all the way to meeting Dr. Bradford and what a compassionate kind man. Friendly, warm and considerate. It almost felt to good to be true. LoL. The caring aspect is what should be important at any dr. office you go to but isnt ALWAYS the case. Everyone in this office was on board with care. It was great. I really dont like having my mouth worked on. But i will be looking forward to returning The initial consult was VERY good.
