I had an outstanding experience at Brier Creek Vision Care. From start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. For years, I’ve struggled with red, dry eyes and honestly assumed that was just “how my eyes are.” During this visit, they actually diagnosed the underlying issue and explained it in a way I could understand. Dr. Reeves and her whole staff were top-notch in every way. They were personable, efficient and thorough. They checked every possible cause for the issue that precipitated my visit. Brier Creek Vision Care has become the best company I have ever used for my optometry needs! Today's team of Gigi, Liz, Melissa, and Dr Monica Reeves were excellent! I have never enjoyed interacting with the people as much as I did today! We laughed, we joked, and they never missed a beat in getting the job done! They listened to me, specifically as I decided to change from monovision to full distance binocular vision. We discussed everything about my eyes - they shared everything about the tests they performed, and how my results showed I an doing fine. Dr Reeves ended with, "you get to keep your eyes." Upon entering the office, I felt welcomed; with a friendly greeting in a bright, clean and professional facility. Personally walked through the exam with no question unanswered including selecting my eyeglasses and never feeling pressured to purchase them. I left satisfied that I made the right choice for me.
