Bright Time Dental

Best dentist and dental practice I have ever been to, hands down. Dr. Bickling and his staff are incredible. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an office full of people who actually care about you as a person, about your schedule, about your pain… they just really care. The hygienist, the assistants, the front desk - all exceptional. Sad we are leaving the state!

The staff was truly amazing! My daughter had a fall and injured her mouth, and I was completely panicked. The front desk receptionist was calm, kind, and so incredibly helpful during my frantic calls. She was able to get us in to see the dentist quickly, which meant the world to me. When we arrived, everyone was so sweet and reassuring to my very nervous 6-year-old. The front desk staff, the nurses, and the doctor could not have been more patient and compassionate with both of us. They made a very scary situation feel manageable. I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know. It was truly a great experience for a very worried mom and her child.

I know, I know, this is my second reviews but I can’t help myself. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. The dentist Jones was extremely thorough and made sure I understood my treatment options. I never felt rushed, and the care was both professional and compassionate. The dental assistant, Ms. Alexis was amazing — very attentive, patient, and supportive during the procedure. They created a calm and reassuring environment. The front desk receptionist Ms. Marisa was equally impressive. She was welcoming, helpful with paperwork and scheduling, and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s rare to find a team that works together so smoothly and makes patients feel genuinely valued. I highly recommend this practice!

I had a very good experience with this office. Sara and Dr. Jones were both professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. The entire visit felt well run, and I appreciated how calm and reassuring the team was throughout the appointment. I also want to mention the dental assistant who helped me during my visit, I didn’t catch her name, but she was extremely kind and attentive, which made a big difference. They were able to take care of my issue promptly, and I left feeling confident in the work that was done. I would recommend this office without hesitation!

It was my first visit as a patient at Bright Time. Everyone is so welcoming and the dental team is AMAZING! My anxiety for being in the dental chair was super low in this atmosphere. I highly recommend this office if you’re in the surrounding areas and looking for an affordable dental practice (if you’re without dental coverage) and highly professional. 10/10
