Terrible Customer service and poor communication/organization. I was scheduled for a MRI without being notified. The car service picked me up and drove me to a different location. The doctor and front desk never notified me. Like I'm some lab rat. Just schedule me for procedures and not tell me. Also, during an appointment, a doctor just began working on me without telling me what she was doing or introducing herself. It was some nerve test she was doing. I wasn't expecting the sensations and she just started zapping me. I told her she should give me a heads up. She didn't respond. Oh, and I'm a black woman by the way. I would not reccomend this place. If you want to be treated like an animal and deal with incompetent people at the front desk, this is the place for you. Update: I sent

The receptionist who “scheduled my appointment” was incredibly rude on the phone and in person. I scheduled a chiropractor appointment last week with her, and she demanded what times I wanted to come in instead of telling me when the chiropractor was available. Then told me I’d get a call later in the week on billing and to confirm the appointment. I never got a call back, which caused me to lose track of time and run a bit late. When I got there and said my name it sounded like they didn’t even schedule the appointment on their end. Then the same receptionist berated me for being ten minutes late even though they did nothing on their end. I haven’t even seen the chiropractor, but I know I am not coming back here.

My apt was yesterday (3/20) at 2p and I didn't get seen until 3:45pm. Luckily, I had the day off so I stayed. However, what if I had another engagement after? Renee's service was the only redeemable quality, but that doesn't even justify a third star. I asked her if they're usually this busy, and she said something along the lines of the receptionists over-scheduled her. I got blood drawn, so I'm going back in a few weeks to get my results. I just hope I have a better experience.

I found this place on google and was hesitant to come because of the reviews, but my husband needed to see a chiropractor and it was close by. We are here on holiday so we were nervous about finding someone for him. I then saw the reviews for Dr Sternberg on Zocdoc.com and they were fantastic so I made the appointment for my husband. For about a week he has been in so much pain with his lower back. Almost instantly after being treated by Dr Sternberg he was feeling so much better and could walk properly again! And he just keeps improving. Also I found the place to be clean and pleasant, as were the staff. When I phoned to make the appointment the ladies were wonderful and very helpful. They're at the end of my block. I walked in to see a doctor. They told me they're not urgent care and turned me away. They could have set an appiappoint and got a new customer instead. These people don't care about the sick. Stay away.
