Broken to Better Urgent Care

We were in Rock Hill for my son’s Taekwondo tournament. He got injured and we decided to bring him to an urgent care just to make sure he doesn’t have anything major. We walked in, a few min later a very energetic and kind man by name Vitaly took us back. He quickly found things in common with my kids, put them at ease. Several minutes later, Samantha walked in. Come to find out, the patients were seen by only two of them. As a business owner, I always appreciate efficiency. This place was absolutely amazing! In and out in less than an hour, clean place with kind and knowledgeable staff. I must say, I was so impressed. We live in Maryland and I sure hope one day, Maryland medical facilities bring so much joy to go to!

I always have an amazing experience at this location. Summer, the front desk attendant, is always so sweet and caring. Vitalii, the tech, always goes far beyond what is required to ensure a perfect visit and is very friendly. Dr. Crab, was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. All around 10/10. You don’t find good urgent cares like this. Keep it up you guys!

My visit was great! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Because I had completed my forms on line I only had to show my ID and was taken in on time for my appointment. The technician that took my vitals was very professional and friendly. The doctor came in and listened to my reasons for the visit, confirmed my symptoms through exam and gave instructions to the nurse on my treatment. Nurse was great and helpful, got me out of the office in under an hour and that included a final exam by the doctor to confirm the outcome! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a quick visit to a doctor for a diagnosis.

The wait time was not long, and the staff were professional and efficient! I love that the NP( I believe was Crabb) was very attentive to my medical history, and did test based on my needs! The Xray done was quick and results took no time. She was very thorough in explaining the results, medications (why shes giving them), and any next steps. I really appreciated this because usually no other doctor or np has been as thorough. I highly recommend visiting this urgent care!
