Didn't really have to wait long when having to visit family, the respiratory, phsycian, and check up nurses do well on being informative and giving us update on the patients. Their really friendly and helped alot to keep me and my family calm when visiting.

The wait time to see your doctor is just as bad as going to the emergency room. Let's not talk about trying to make an appointment no one never answers the phones and messages center takes your messages but not ever returns your call. However, the staff is ok but the sevice is horrible.

These people are literally useless. I went to ask for a referral to see a medical doctor, the host at the front desk had the nerve to tell me she can’t find the referral list and my best bet is to go across the street. What is your purpose of being hired if you can’t do your job?

Avoid this hospital if at all possible. Impossible to get through to anyone, impossible to get any information from anyone about a family member's status, zero trust in the care given
