Brookville Pharmacy

Personally we have gone to Brookville Pharmacy for over 40 years and consider them our only Go To Pharmacy. There are many reasons that we are so loyal and it is all about the people. Scott, the manager, is excellent in his stocking the store with as many items as we could possibly need. In addition, his choice of cards is outstanding! Next are the pharmacists : both Sean and Lie. They take such personal care of us and are available for any questions. They are warm, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I trust them completely. Next is Scott's choice of support staff: Gabe and his brother. They are so very welcoming and helpful and clearly have a grasp of the store to help immediately direct us to whatever product we need. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years! I am so grateful there are still places like this staffed with friendly and professional staff who remember your name and always go the extra mile to help people. An actual person answers the phone when I have a question! A rare thing these days! The pharmacist even finds coupons to save me money on my medications. Thank you Brookville Pharmacy!

This Pharmacy is not what it once was. Waited 30 minutes today only to be told that they don't carry that medication for a prescription they have had all day. The pharmacist was rude and gave me complete attitude and told me that "no one ever died from not having this medication". Yeah, no.

This is the best pharmacy in DC. I didn’t used to need a good pharmacist. The big chains were fine. But then the prescription drug world became the Wild West. Consumers now need a lot of help navigating it. I spent years getting terrible service from the big chains before finding Brookville. Both the management and the pharmacists here are knowledgeable and committed to customer service.

The best pharmacy ever. I’ve been going there forever and I can always rely on Scott the store manager and Sean the pharmacist to be helpful and provide great customer service. Can’t imagine why everyone doesn’t go there. Hussein who owns Brookville works at the Friendship Heights location and he’s fantastic too.
