Bryan Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic - LifePointe Campus in Southwest Lincoln

As someone who suffers from high anxiety with doctors visits I cannot recommend this place more. The entire staff that I interacted with were amazing. They were doing their best to keep me calm at at ease throughout the appointment. The talked through every step and did their absolute best to make me feel comfortable.

From the front desk to the doctors this place was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was nice and smiled. They got us in quickly and it was all around a great experience. Thank you Bryan Urgent Care and I highly recommend.

No one was rude or disrespectful in any way, but they absolutely do not know how to diagnose or treat toddlers. If you are coming with your small child for treatment, if possible go somewhere else.In their defense, I find this problem at most places that aren’t pediatric offices, but they told me to not worry about him being sick cause he “seemed like he was acting like himself” after not checking multiple vitals because they didn’t know how. They were hesitant to go near him at all basically. They need to either be trained by pediatricians to do it, who seem to have no issue, or not admit small children.

Just absolute great care and compassion. I felt like I was very well taken care of and the staff was very busy as well. Best care every time I need to visit Urgent Care on South 27th in Lincoln

Nurse Becky was amazing and the physician was thorough and got my son cared for in a timely manner. I always return to this location when we have emergencies.
