Brittany is thoughtful, considerate, and truly cares about her clients comfort. She checked in with me about pressure throughout, making sure everything was exactly how I needed it. I had an appointment scheduled for 2/16/26. I initially reached out using the email listed on the website, and the staff member provided available time options. After I replied with the time I wanted to book, I never received a confirmation or any follow-up. When I arrived at the time discussed, I was told the slot had already been given to someone else. The staff member was rude and dismissive. When I showed her the email conversation, her response was, “What do you want me to do about it? I already scheduled this time.” At no point was I informed that the time had been taken after it was offered. This situation reflects poor communication and a lack of professionalism. The interaction was hostile, inconsiderate, and left me feeling disrespected as a client.

Brittany is incredible! Her massages include so many add-ons other places would charge for and she really does a great job of focusing on target areas. I’d highly recommend!
