I did not have too good an experience here. I visited for shoulder problems; once in the examination room, the grumpy nurse quickly measured my height, weight, and other things and left. Once the doctor came in, I explained by problem to her and she proceeded to tell me "The sports medicine doctor you should be seeing is on vacation right not. I am the person to see if you have STD's." My first thought was, "When I scheduled the appointment 4 days prior and explained that I was not in agonizing pain, why didn't the receptionist inform me that the doctor I should be seeing is on vacation?" I was told to visit and orthopedist, something I was already planning on doing. No x-rays were taken, and more time was spent listing my medical history than examining my shoulder. I was only there because my friend had an appointment and as I was in the waiting room for the hour or so that I was there I observed the rudest pair of women working the front desk of any establishment that I've been to. The way they talk to the patients and their behaviour makes me never want to go to this health center despite it being the closest one.

Very poor experience, you have to book an appointment a week in advance and they don’t have rotating staff so they’re closed at midday for their lunch break. Go to the Cook-Douglass Health Center instead.

Very professional staff and keeps me up to date via health portal on health status. Clean area

The woman that answers the call does not even respond to your questions and hangs up. Ridiculius service.
