I walked in made an appointment had to wait two hours but that was because others had appointments scheduled I was really satisfied. Everybody in the clinic was nice and respectful
Poor member service/cancellation policies… wanting to charge 100$ just to see a patent that has insurance that covers appointments 100% for… no call/no show one appointment and cancelling the second rescheduled appointment is insane!
Beautiful new office in the new Costco in Kalispell Montana. The receptionist Brenda, was very pleasant to work with.
Had an apt with Dr. G, she was very nice and helpful with my apt. I feel like my concerns were heard, thought about and solutions found. Occur was cute and clean and staff super friendly. Price was great!
Absolutely love this place- everyone is so kind and helpful! They make it quick and easy to set up an appointment and were ready for us right when we arrived:) Kathleen Gross is the best optometrist around!!! Will definitely be back & will recommend to friends! Thank you!
