Dr Monica Cramer was wonderful to work with. A year ago I went to a different practice searching for a solution to my hearing issues. I did not have a good experience. Decided to try a different practice, where I met Dr Monica. The experience was completely different! I can finally hear better, especially in public settings, no more relying on lip reading to keep up with conversations!

Dr Monica Cramer listened to me and my concerns. She was very caring and helped me understand all the questions I had for her prior to getting my aids. In many ways they have changed my life.

Dr. Wayne is wonderful! She has been so patient with me, explaining everything very clearly, and helping me navigate the choices for my personal hearing loss and finding the best possible solution. She listens to all of my concerns and has been compassionate and thoughtful. The office is cheery and bright and the front desk staff have all been very attentive, kind, and accommodating. I couldn't have found a better practice to help me make this life changing transition.
