I had a dental emergency and I called Cap Dental. My call was return in less than an hour. The office staff was professional and got me right in. When I went to the appointment I had my husband was with me,, he is in a wheelchair. The staff was very caring assisting me with getting him in and out of the office. Dr Patel gave me a comprehensive examination explaining every step of the process. She was able provide me relief and offered me options for next treatment steps. I’m about 7 weeks into my Invisalign treatment and have had a great experience so far. The dentist is knowledgeable, patient, and always takes the time to explain what to expect at each stage. Appointments are efficient, the office is clean and well run, and I already feel confident in the progress I’m seeing. The whole team makes the process easy and comfortable. I had a tooth emergency and my dentist was not available. My dentist office referred me to Cap Dental as they were open that day and in my area. I called and they had me come in within the hour of my calling. I had to complete some forms and was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Patel was so professional and took the time to listen to what had happened with my veneer and let me know she can fix that for me with no issues. She took an x-ray to be sure there were no underlying issues with the tooth and explained everything to me while she was working on the tooth.
