I haven’t visited this practice in over a year because of the lack of quality in the services but because I’m seeing a physician now that exemplifies stellar service I felt the need to warn future patients from going to this practice, and to give patients hope that although this practice is horrible there are other great physicians out there if you just do your research. My last visit was with Dr. Elizabeth Cane in 2023 who without thoroughly examining me and before receiving my biopsy results recommended an evasive procedure to remove fibroids that would result in me no longer being able to conceive. The scheduler in the office was talking to the receptionist and called me a liar today and didn’t care if I heard it. I spoke to the nurse and she informed me that she would be talking to the office manager about it. They need to be careful about who they have working in the office because she is a liability for them. I should have checked out the other reviews because it seems everyone has the same issues with this one girl. The nurse and doctor were wonderful but I won’t be coming back.

Dr. Kia Elliot was knowledgeable thorough end was patient with me because I had a stroke. She is the best I appreciate her so much even though I was a new patient. She didn't make me feel any way. I had to call her on the weekend because I was spotting and she returned at my call immediately now that service.

If I could give it no stars I would. I’ve had several issues with this location. The most recent one was today. I’m calling to speak with my midwife about a possible miscarriage mind you I’ve had 2 others this year that they know about. I’m explaining to the receptionist why I need to speak with my midwife and she is EXTREMLY RUDE saying to me “You need to go to the hospital how is she supposed to know if you’re having a miscarriage? No you need to just wait at the hospital.” Extremely rude and disrespectful, she continued to then speak to me as if I was a child and as if I didn’t understand what she was saying and then hung the phone up. As an expecting mother who is classified as high-risk, I was treated horribly by the staff there. On two occasions, the receptionist gave me incorrect information and made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't understand or something I should have known. Once I arrived at my appointments, they acted like I was speaking another language, although I was repeating their directions or showing them what was in my chart. During my recent visit (12.28.23), the medical assistant reviewed a questionnaire with me while I was inside the waiting room to see the doctor. She asked me if I had ART, and I asked what that was. "She said, I don't know, but I figured if you had it, you would know once you heard me say it." I was highly disturbed and confused about how this was a standard questionnaire,
