Doctors are great. Office now requires credit card on file. They've billed us incorrectly in the past for a routine visit. It was almost $500. I only caught the mistake because I received a paper bill. However with a credit card on file I would've never caught this or if I had, getting a refund from Previa would have been a nightmare. Nurses often are visibly annoyed with the kids.

This office is reasonably well run. The walk-in sick visit option is very nice first thing in the morning. The wait times are reasonable and the providers are caring. What more can you want in a pediatrician’s office. Communication is good. I wish the patient portal were a little easier to navigate and get information out of it.

The office has previously tried to bill me twice for the same service and for things like the COVID vaccine this week, when making the appointment they left out that we'd need to sign a waiver accepting possible costs for the vaccine. They sprung the waiver on us at the appointment with the shot ready to go. Pretty shady especially since there are free vaccine options in DC and elsewhere. Doctors have been great.

This office has lots of good pediatrician, the wait time is less compared to other places. Reception team members are also very helpful.

Great availability for sick visits, virtual or in person. Love Dr Kadowitz who has been great with both my kids. Flu vaccine drive through for the whole family is also great!
