Carbon Health Urgent Care Murrieta

We are new to the area and the start of our new years all of our family was very sick. We tried Carbon for the first time and our experience was almost unreal. The facility has been there for 3 years and it looked brand new, very clean. The Front office staff was very welcoming and helpful. The service to see my husband and me was under five mins (we had appointments). The Dr. Was very thorough, and attentive. She listened to all our sickness complaints and issues checked each of us and then made a diagnosis. We were also able to get our xrays done onsite making it so convenient. All out meds were already filled by the time we left and all under 30 mins. This is a top notch urgent care we trust for our family.

Very nice experience. Staff was helpful & Dr.Titus was very nice & thorough. Sent me on my way & explained each medicine I would be getting & what the medicine was for & what it did. I was very pleased with the appointment. I had results of X-rays within an hour of leaving & what I needed to do in regards to that. I highly recommend this urgent care!

Best urgent care I e gone to in a very long time. They were so nice and polite. The biggest plus was they were efficient. I was there from start to finish about 35/40 minutes. Not hours. Every staff member was so wonderful. Loved the doctor and the nurse that checked me in was so kind. I’ll definitely utilize this urgent care when an if needed again.

I have been going carbon in Murrieta for the past year and every single time I have been seen quickly and the providers are thorough. Today we were met by Brian who was very sweet and helped us get checked in a timely manner. The providers Jennine brought us back, took my sons vitals and really listened to my sons symptoms and did a thorough exam. She was friendly and professional and educated my son on what he needed to do for home care and he heeded her advice as soon as he got home. She also ordered my son’s prescription quickly and it was ready by the time him and I got home. Thank for everything.

I went for my 1st time here for a foot injury. I came in at 5pm n left at 6pm! I hr i was impressed! They were very fast thorough, friendly n a very nice n clean clinic!! ! I was skeptical to try out a new place as I have been going to the Temecula 24hr Urgent Care on Winchester but had horrible experience with wait time n the staff being very rude!! I'm glad I came here! I highly recommend them! I can't say enougjt good things about this place!
