Love Dr. Okoh. Friendly, patient, and trustworthy. Clinic is also very friendly and answers questions quickly. Had to reschedule an appointment and it was very easy.

This was my first vist. The check -out machines are great. The nurse and doctor was also great . Check- out was okay. Expect for my paperwork being written in pink . Good first vist. Will let you know about second vist.

I usually see Dr. Hyatt in Duluth but tried his Snellville office this time. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting room was roomy and smelled pleasant. Had a TV on in the waiting room so you had something to watch. I wouldn't mind coming to this office again 😃

Dr. Porket is very patient with he listens to any questions I ask. I trust him with any problem I may have, I have faith in him

I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk representative named Barbara during my recent visit. While waiting for my appointment, I overheard her make a rude and unprofessional comment, saying they needed to “hurry up and do something” with me before she had to “kick me out of the office.” This level of disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer-facing role. Her tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate that this was my impression of the office, as it reflects poorly on the entire team. I hope this matter is addressed and that future visitors are treated with the professionalism and courtesy they deserve.
