CareBridge Palliative Care Services

Had a consultation with a lady with the last name kindness. she was rude and offensive . my sister got into an argument over not wanting carebridge services and she told my sister that she was killing my father got rude and walked out the room . she tried to even have security remove my sister but failed miserably. horrible experience and we definitely wouldn’t even consider this place.

I wouldn’t let this company give my dog palliative care . If anyone approaches you about this company at Atrium Medical Center run . Sandra J Kindness is uneducated her own field . Shes Very unprofessional and it speaks volumes about the company as a whole . If the leadership lacks the competency to do their own job i can only imagine what the lower staff is like.. they have a 1 star for a reason . Avoid …

I work in the health care field and deal with hospice and palliative care place daily . Carebridge is who we go through for my husband that is terminally ill and just like one review said they go through Nurse practitioner’s like it is nothing . You never know when someone will be in touch with you or to come check on their patient. My husband takes pain medicine and they have yet to send a PA over to the insurance company . I would NOT recommend this company to my worse enemy.

This is the worst healthcare service in the Cincinnati area. Perhaps the entire state! They go thru employees like water off a duck's back. I've been thru so many Nurse Practitioners since 2020 I lost count! Neglectful, mismanaged, untimely with blood work results to the point it almost ended me up in the hospital or I could have died. If you care about yr health, and the health of your loved ones, do not choose Carebridge. You will regret it I promise you!

Their bedside manner is horrible.... in a course of a few years I had over 13 np cause this is a HORRIBLE company.... Especially Jen.... she is rude she doesn't know how to talk to ppl.... i have chronic pain and she said I had been there long enough and kicked me off I had no pain meds she didn't care called me all types of b words and this is suppose to be a professional setting... i suggest people call state on them to air their grievances.... so horrible and sad to represent a company that way!
