The receptionist, My’Kayla took very good care of me. when I got to the back the medical assistant Alexis took care of me and they both were very patient despite us being telemed, thank you for all your hard work They went above and beyond 🙂

The worst place I could ever imagine going they don’t want to do their job at all and were to worried about a WiFi password for themselves then checking in people in the lobby and proceeded to groan an moan when more people walked in! Didn’t even bother checking in I just left. Go else where for your care please.

The worst experience i have ever received in my life! First I called their office from the number located on their website. A voice animation answered and took my name and information and scheduled an appointment for me at 7:16 on February 4. I showed up early and waited at the front desk for 10 mins only to be rudely address by a woman who said "what u need?". She said "how long u been there?" I replied 10 mins and I had been yelling hello. She said the front desk girl must be in the bathroom, I told her I had an appointment at 7:16 she said "we dont do appointments here and it almost time to close". She said "go down the street to ER if its that bad". I tried to explain i had called and made an appointment on the number listed on their website. She told me "we ain't do appointment here

I had an absolutely wonderful time here. Staff, especially Lindsey, was so kind and welcoming, went above and beyond for me. I saw Cassie and she’s lovely. Amazing bedside and thorough service. 10/10
