Absolute worst excuse for a prescription plan. They cover no brand name medications at all. You spend hours doing the legwork to chase down prior authorization that they ask for, and then they cover it 1 or 2 months and suddenly you go to the pharmacy and they want $756 for a refill that cost $25 last month. It is impossible to get any valid explanation either. You get something different from everyone you talk to. If you are a business owner or HR representative looking for coverage, run away from this company! If your job starts offering this, find a different job because clearly that one doesn't care about you.
