Hello, My name is Veronica Gonzalez I normally do not give my name on reviews, but for this clinic I have to. I am Currently a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist. Which means I know everything from medical, Customer Service, Patient Care you name it I know it.I went into this office for the first time no one new or even knows my profession as I have always kept it quiet so I can observe. This office is the best I have ever visited weather if it was for an employment drug test or a simple visit. The front desk god bless his soul he is WONDERFUL, When I was called I was called by there xray Tech because of course new office so they are short until they hire there staff. She was a god sent. The actual visit was very pleasant. The problem is the follow-through. The APRN who treated my son diagnosed him with a sinus infection, which is bacterial, and prescribed an antibiotic that he was allergic to. However, when he developed a rash and we became concerned about an allergic reaction, we called back for a different antibiotic. We had just been there the day before and the same ARNP decided to completely ignore any responsibility to her patient from yesterday and recommend both Benadryl and Allegra, both of which are antihistamines and should not be combined. She also refused to prescribe another antibiotic and is requiring us to follow-up with his PCP. This facility just opened a week ago and I am already concerned. After ensuring that they are affiliated with my primary at Orlando Health. I show up and am told they’re not credentialed yet to accept my insurance which is FL Blue. Total waste of my time. If you’re not credentialed with major insurance companies, don’t open.

Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at an urgent care. Manuel, Renzo, Kelly, and Kataceya we’re so kind! The doctor was honest, and thorough with me regarding any of the questions I had. I was seen fast, and the place is very clean. They all went above and beyond to take care of me. Considering I went in for something embarrassing, they made me feel comfortable. Thankyou for taking care of me guys!

I would give this place a 0, but Google doesn't have that option. The receptionist is useless; he doesn't know how to treat patients, he wasn't empathetic, and he didn't see the urgency or severity of my condition. I went in for an allergic reaction, and he was only concerned with having me fill out the admission paperwork and collecting the deductible. Besides that, he took a very long time to attend to me. Since he didn't seem to care about my situation, I had to go find another urgent care clinic, where I was seen quickly. They need to keep in mind that people with allergic reactions should be seen immediately. I was having an anaphylactic episode, and that is very serious.
