CareWell Urgent Care Northborough

Honestly shocked how smooth this experience was. I was having horrible sinus pressure pain. I decided last minute to try an urgent care and I’m glad I did. The receptionist was very nice. I waited 15 minutes the most- was brought back got my vitals taken and then almost immediately was seen by a provider (I think med student- she was wonderful.) who listened to the symptoms I was experiencing. Less than 10 minutes later she comes back in with a work note, sent my prescription for anti-biotics to my pharmacy, and let me know I was experiencing a bacterial infection. Overall experience was 10/10. Thank you so much!

I had an incredible experience during my visit! The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my time there. The service was not only fast but also felt very safe. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved. I would rate this experience a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to others!

Tried to schedule an appointment at 7:00 pm on 2/22/26. I understand it was late but I cut my hand pretty badly and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. The website said the close at 8 PM. It elwouldn’t allow a reservation and said to walk in. I tried calling first but no one answered. Arrived at 7:15 pm. There were no other patients in the lobby. I was told they couldn’t see me. Because the person working was busy charting in back. Meanwhile my hand was bleeding badly. I asked if someone could look it and even make suggestion about what I may be able to do at home. I was told to go to the next closest Urgent Care in Westboro. Which is 10 minutes away and also closes at 8 pm. So happy I did because that facility was amazing from start to finish unlike Northboro.

I switched to coming here after countless bad experiences at Inconvenient MD in Westborough. The interaction with the front desk staff was positive (greeted quickly, checked in efficiently). Wait times when registering online were reasonable (5-7 mins), and the providers were very helpful and attentive, though during each visit they weren’t doctors (PA’s I think). I’ll continue to go here as long as the experience remains consistent. So far so good though!
