Caring Hands Pediatrics PC

My daughter has been coming here since she was a toddler, she is now a junior in HS. The doctor was always respectful. But I’ve had too many bad experiences with the front desk and recently the Spanish one put the nail in the coffin for me. It’s not my fault if you make a mistake and can’t communicate to the parents on what date you are scheduling. When we receive a date over the phone i automatically put it in my calendar so when that day comes I’m there on time. So on Dec ,1st 2025 my daughter and I get to the office at just before 12 noon the woman at the front desk and another woman (nurse) said the doctor is not in. Make it make sense and then she had an attitude and not even I’m sorry for the miscommunication or anything remotely. So you have people come when they are supposed to and

Great doctor but the girls at the front desk are horrible, they all have an attitude. I needed my child’s records they made me wait a week despite me calling head, when I got the documents it was printed on the same date and time I left they just wanted to make things difficult to transfer

Good office until it’s time to transfer records, they’ve made it extremely difficult to get medical records transferred. Ended up coming in person to hand collect it and sign forms now being told I need to wait 2 more days to have records printed

About 10 years taking my kids to this clinic. I moved to Long Island and still coming. Dr. Calagos and the ladies at the front desk make me feel welcome and for me, they are part of my family 🤗🤗

Every time I come to this clinic, I am welcomed by a wonderful doctor and staff. They are all polite, professional, and caring. They are always ready to help or to answer any questions patients may have. Dr.Calagos listens and understands patient’s needs and situationss. She explains the purpose of any medications and injections and will kindly answer any questions you may have. Moreover, they are very quick to respond to phone call and emails and always reach out as soon as possible to any messages, calls, or medical inquiries like prescription refills. Overall, the atmosphere of this clinic is warm and you can see that the doctor and staff are ready to help patients.
