Awful awful awful. In 2022, my midwife scheduled an appointment for me at this practice to follow up some previous concerns from my medical history. The morning of the appointment, I called the facility to double check that I had a female provider, which was important to me for religious reasons. It hadn’t dawned on me to check earlier since my midwife was the one who had scheduled it. I was told that there were no female providers and I apologized, but stated that I would need to cancel. I was told there would be a $50 cancellation fee, which I thought was steep since I had never even established care there. I asked for someone to call me back later that day to discuss it further and I never got a call. Flash forward THREE YEARS, and I STILL receive collections calls, emails, and bills i

If I could give this -zero I would. If you want a place that cares about you and your health this is not the place to go. All they care about is how much money they can take from you . The woman in the office are great and this woman actually agreed with me on the billing issues I was having . I should have read his reviews from the beginning because they are the worst . If you care about your health then look for another facility

I have been a patient of Dr. Canale for several years and consistently find him to be friendly, respectful, and highly professional. The office staff also demonstrates a commendable level of friendliness and helpfulness. I appreciate the convenience of being able to obtain a mammogram at his office, followed by the opportunity to discuss the initial results with Dr. Canale. I do not understand the comments about "greed." I have always found him to be highly knowledgeable and professional. He takes as much time as necessary to answer my questions and is one of the few doctors with whom I never feel rushed during my appointments. I feel very comfortable and well cared for by him and his staff.

Dr. Sean Canale and his team are truly exceptional. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm demeanor make every visit a positive and reassuring experience. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an outstanding medical professional and a team that genuinely cares about their patients. The quality of care they provide is well worth my long drive from Statesville.

This review is on behalf of my mom Carol Mclean, for Dr Canale. Dr Canale is one of the best specialist I’ve been to he is very patient and pleasant he explain things clearly unlike some doctors that seem to be too busy to talk. The staff there are also friendly I would highly recommend him.
