Caroline Feig, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pilates, Tai Chi, and the Feldenkrais Method

I came to see Carolyn on the recommendation of Martina Nevermann, who owns Pilates on Cortelyou. Since then, Martina and I have had frequent conversations about how Carolyn would have been burned at the stake as a witch, had she lived in Salem in the seventeenth century. I had minor physical complaints, because I'd had my injuries mostly treated at NYU Steinhardt - rotator cuff bursitis/tendonitis that was mostly healed from PT, diastisis from pregnancy that seemed unchanged from PT. But on Martina's recommendation I tried Carolyn to see what more I could accomplish. Carolyn uses a combination of conventional physical therapy, Feldenkreis and Tai Chi to work out people's physical issues, and boy did it work for me! Caroline Feig is a wonderful physical therapist. She has treated me for upper body problems resulting from medical issues.  She has done an amazing job, helping me to resolve issues of pain, sensitivity and mobility. She is the perfect PT for me — compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable and patient. Her approach is multi-disciplinary — she brings a host of practices to the table. Traditional physical therapy plus aspects of Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, Pilates, all contribute to the overall effectiveness of her treatments. I highly recommend Caroline. Not only has she improved my physical well-being, she has enriched my life as a whole. Caroline is an incredible human being.
