Carr Family Dentistry

Called to have my x rays sent over to my new dentist and was told that it was noted, my new dentist never received the x rays and I called twice about them. Thank goodness I was able to get check up x rays at no cost other wise I would have been paying 200+ outta pocket. Not to mention when I was going to Carr I always had a copay. I had 4 fillings to get done they did 2 and when I asked to schedule the other 2 everyone acted clueless as to what I was referring to. Since then I have found a new dentist and I love it! I would not refer anyone to Carr family dentistry.

Find another dentist! We loved Dr Carr’s father who was kind, patient and so funny! This is his son, and we could get pass his moodiness, because he’s a good dentist. But his office staff is so horrible, we had to switch dentists! They call the DAY BEFORE or day of your appointment to reschedule. And they do it OFTEN!! It’s happened to my family six times!! How irresponsible, inconsiderate and unprofessional! Then they’re rude and act like it’s your fault that they decided to reschedule because they are unable to schedule things properly. This is no exaggeration - SIX TIMES they’ve called to reschedule the day before or the day of, your appointment. We schedule our appointment’s out six months in advance. There’s no excuse for it to keep happening. They’re inept and they’re rude. Save your

Echoing what others have said, they call and leave a message your appointment is cancelled last minute. You call to try reschedule and you get a voicemail to leave your number but never receive a call back. Staff was friendly, but we're 1 for 4 attempts at this point and are moving on.

Went because of bad tooth pain and they gave me a referral for an endodontist. Was able to get in within a week unlike many other local practices which quoted me a month. Will be going back for post care and dental plan to fix whatever is left. They took good care of me and it was a great experience.

Unfortunately after nearly 20 years of good experience I will be finding a new dentist. For the past year my family’s appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled due to hygienist availability (supposedly). No one from the office called to tell me this - it’s always sent by text and then no one follows up to reschedule as promised in the message. After the third time of calling to reschedule and have it rescheduled I AM DONE.
