GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! They are rude and lazy. I called to schedule an appt and the lady on the phone told me 10am and I went and they said it was at 9. I put it in my schedule the second she told me. I knew I was correct. I have been trying to get a referral. The lady in the right corner is soo lazy will not call the jinsurance company! Per insurance company! YOU DONT NEED THE NAME ON YOUR PHYSICAL CARD JUST THE REFERENCE NUMBER. If they deny service for this call the insurance and they will report the office!

I’ve been a patient here for 20 years. The service used to be good, but has gone downhill the last 6 months. I got bloodwork drawn 2 weeks ago for severe anemia and I still haven’t received my results. I’ve called the office several times for my results and it’s excuse after excuse why they can’t give me my results. This isn’t the first time. The same thing happened 2 months ago, and it took them a week to call me back. I would not recommend this office to anyone. There is no follow up care if you have a serious medical problem. I’m currently seeking a new provider for my family.

You won't refill my much needed prescription since I have not since 2024. My mother just had major surgery on her heart .I don't to bring home any germs from your office.

I set up an appointment for my boyfriend which was set for today-7/24/2025. When he got there with all his paperwork, they asked for his health card. His insurance did not provide a card so we took a picture of the card for when he went in. Because they said it was too small on his phone and could not read it, they told him that they would have to cancel his appointment for today, which was absolutely ridiculous. I could read all the info but apparently they were too lazy to contact the insurance co or wait until he got home and sent a better copy via email but they probably would not have accepted that either. Horrible staff as soon as you walk in the door the disrespect and the attitudes. I have to wear all hats in my office assisting operating telephones fixing equipment why can't anyone in these offices.
