Casa Grande Family Dentistry

Had a great experience at Casa Grande Family Dentist. Not only was it my first time appointment but they got me right in within a week. I have really bad CALCULUS on my teeth that has always been a problem for me. They gave me a deep cleaning my very first visit and will get it done in two visits which I really appreciate! I’m so use to going to the dentist, getting measurements, and having to MAKE ANOTHER appointment for the work. Not here! They get it done! In and out. Their staff is great and extremely professional. There hygienist did a TOP NOTCH JOB! Highly recommend this place for any work done on your teeth, and they also worked well around my implant. Thank you staff and Dr.

My appointment was on time and easy to book. I felt my cleaning was thorough. I did not know I had 4 cavities and needed a crown. I am returning to have the cavities fixed but unless the X-ray procedure is changed I’ll probably search for a different practice next year. It was far from being comfortable. The “film” was too big and had sharp corners. I believe the technician did the best she could do with x-ray machine.

This is Lisa Tennyson and I love this dental practice. I took my insurance card and had my first free consultation for cleaning teeth removal and new dentures. They made a plan for my work to be completed and spoke with my insurance Company to reapprove my services before scheduling my next appt. So I could be aware if any copayments or extra cost. They did a great job removing2 teeth that were broken cavities that I thought I would need an oral surgeon for. He was able to remove booth teeth with local anesthetic painlessly. They took my impressions for false teeth the same day and my insurance is going to cover the whole cost. THIS WAS MY 1ST & LAST TIME COMING HERE! I can only give my experience 2 stars only because the doctor was respectful and fairly quick with the actual tooth extraction procedure, but the wait time was ridiculous. It was only for 1 tooth at that. I was told to arrive fifteen minutes early, arrive ten minutes early. My appointment was scheduled for 9am, was then pull to the back around 9:10-9:15 and they don't seem ready at all for my appointment. Mind you, I set this appointment on Dec 1st and was seen on Dec 5th. So they were scrambling for a while, trying to prepare. At 9:35am the NA asked me if I wanted to wait a bit longer or if I wanted to reschedule because they STILL need more time to prepare. I only stayed because I desperately needed to get that tooth out and get it over with. She

I recently visited your clinic and was impressed with the punctuality and efficiency of your staff. The lady who scanned my mouth and saved the pictures, waiting for the doctor to examine my teeth, was particularly noteworthy for her politeness and kindness towards both my mom and I. Although I didn't catch her name, her exceptional service made a lasting impression. I'm looking forward to my next visit and achieving a healthier, brighter smile with your team.
