If you value basic human decency, professionalism, or even the slightest bit of respect, steer clear of this eye doctor. I’ve never met a medical professional who speaks to patients or other eye practices with such rudeness and hostility. Instead of offering care, support, or even simple courtesy, this doctor seems to thrive on being dismissive and downright unpleasant. Every interaction feels like you’re inconveniencing them just by existing. Patients are talked down to, concerns are brushed off, and communication is delivered with an attitude that borders on combative. And the way they treat other practices? Embarrassing. My husband and I LOVE Cecil Vision Care. We've been going there for several years now and I can honestly say I look forward to my appointment each year. They've been beyond helpful when my glasses cracked, and all of the staff is always SO pleasant! I can't recommend them enough! We moved further away a few years ago but didn't even CONSIDER switching eye doctors, the extra drive is worth it!

I started going to Cecil Vision Care over 20 years ago when I was a teenager and could not be happier with their service! My three children and husband go there as well. Dr. Hutton and her staff are the best. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable are just a few words that come to mind when I think of Cecil Vision Care.

You can not get better patient care than Cecil Vision. The entire staff greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in the door, and are sure to make you feel completely at ease. Instead of the get in, get out, one better or 2 procedure at other Eye Care facilities I've been to, Dr. Hutton will engage you with friendly conversation, and genuinely care about you personally. It is a joy every time!

Going to Cecil Vision is like going to family, such a warm personal team. Katie, I trust with the care of my vision! She explains everything she is doing with the exam, very comforting. Pam is awesome, she runs that office on a dime! I enjoy my Cecil Vision and tell all my friends about them !
