Center for Dental Implants Bill Choby DMD PC

I've debating for a long time whether to leave a review because my experience was vastly different from the reviews left here. But for that very reason, I think it's important to say something. During my visit, Dr. Choby tried to perform work without telling me what he was going to do, did not explain what was happening, and yelled at me and belittled me for the very fear he was causing. I've replayed my experience there over and over. It makes no sense. It was such a bizarre way to treat a patient, and so different from the reviews here. I left feeling like I'd been assaulted, and it's taken years for me to seek dental care since. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that is not justification for the way he treated me — and who knows how many others who also fear speaking up.

Great team of professionals. They provided an excellent experience for my husband after a previous visit elsewhere that was not ideal. The staff is friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. The appointment was on time. Dr. Choby took the time to thoroughly explain the process, which eased his anxiety. Dr. Choby and his staff were attentive to his comfort throughout the procedure. Dr. Choby was thorough and caring and my husband said he felt confident in his expertise. He also kept his spouse informed throughout the process. All in all, the experience was easier than expected with minimal discomfort!

Dr. Choby is awesome. I have been to numerous dentists who have no interest in my well being, nor restoring any teeth. I have had a running infection for almost 3 years that has been extremely detrimental to my health. I have had more xrays than i care to count, and the only thing the other dentists are interested in is not my health, but how much money they can charge my insurance for crowns on teeth that have not had root canals, and 2 years later the infection from it has caused serious health issues. Every one of these dentists should have their license reviewed. Thank God for Dr. Choby who has been there to restore all of their errors. I just wanted to take a moment to recommend a dental office that has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I’ve always been a little anxious about dental visits, but the team at Dr Choby’s office made that feeling disappear from my very first appointment. They’re not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and attentive. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist, everyone takes the time to make you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I never feel rushed, and they always explain everything clearly so I know exactly what’s going on.

I just want to say thank you for a fast, precise and absolutely caring and friendly service when other places wouldnt except my situation. The small thing that was done today ment the biggest thing in the world to me. Im now a forever patient. Absolutely outstanding experience from both the Doc and front desk / hygienist.
