Receptionist ladies are great. Nurse was always kind etc. I asked my dermatolgist if she could write a resonable accommodation for me cuz where I live now in my apartment , I got very sick from mold . Not black mold , but white mold from from wood rot and gap around my front door . I get my disabilty from mold . I got a call back from one of her nurses yesterday saying my skin condition is not from mold . Yes it is. She gave me prescriptions for antifungal shsmpoo, skin cream and 12 weeks of oral antifungal pills I take once a week. . I’ve been staying with a friend for about a month now. My hair is growing back, my skin is so so much better. No more brain fog. It just blew me away on Julie saying I’m not sick from mold in my apartment. I know she doesn’t know the condition of my apartmemt

my experience was good, i got treated for accutane, i was having a hard time financially and julie made sure i could continue my treatment. my medical assistant is the sweetest gal there, very kind

I have been overly impressed with Dr. Hopp's office in Tricities. I have had psoriasis for years and Dr. Henderson is the only person to actually find a solution to keeping it under control. Also the staff members and medical assistants are very friendly and helpful.

Julie made me get THREE unnecessary biopsies even though my auto immune disease was already confirmed. She made me feel like I had no choice and was exaggerating. And then she gave me a wrong diagnosis. Went to ohsu dermatology in portland and was told she was wrong. THREE biopsies and she still gave me the wrong diagnosis. A year later and my biopsies still haven’t healed completely, and hurts everytime I walk. It is such a hindrance in every day life. You shouldn’t be a dermatologist Julie. You don’t care what you do to your patients

I wanted a 2nd opinion concerning a small cyst on my upper right thigh. The nurse and assistant who is examined me were professional and thorough. My only concern was that among the many staff I observed including 4 receptionists I didn't see one smile or any type of comraderie. Every staff seemed stressed or tired
