Unprofessional. Rude. Arrogant. We arrived for an appointment only to be told, "Well we called you to tell you that the doctor isn't here today". They called a phone number that was disconnected more than a decade ago. Had a terrible experience and will never return. 'One Star' is being generous. In trying to get a copy of the xray needed to go elsewhere, failure again on their part to set up online records and the Valley Health help line sent me back and forth without resolution. TERRIBLE.

i had knee surgery here a few months ago and i returned with pain and a swollen knee and got “referred” to a neurologist well he actually forgot because i came back 2 months later and had to be reffered again and i couldn’t even get into the office without fighting with them on the phone for a month because my dr suppsedly was out of town and they had no idea of when he was gonna be back at all and i told them i needed health care provider forms filled out within the next month or i would get fired from my job and they told me there’s nothing they could do about it which is a lie because on my 30 th call in there to pressure them about it they let me see a pa and finally saved my job last minute and then the pa has the nerve to tell he’s not gonna cover any of my missed days because i coul

Dr. Cincinnati is fabulous! He truly cares about his patients and he listens to their concerns! He always involves you in your care plan. He has an excellent bedside manner and I'm very grateful for all the help he's given me! I'm moving away, but if I ever need surgery, you can be sure I'm coming back here for him to do it! Thank you so much for taking such great care of me Dr. Cincinnati!! P.S. The nurses and staff are wonderful as well!! I'm really going to miss them all!

I had my knee replacement done by Dr Cincinnati a year ago. It has been the best decision I ever made. The doctor and staff truly care about your outcome.

My experience could not have gone better. The surgical procedure was performed very effectively with no unexpected problems. The surgical incision healed quickly. The recovery guidance was communicated to me very clearly and was easy to understand. Dr. Cincinnati is a very caring and capable surgeon. The whole team took very good care of me. I will not hesitate to come back when I break something else after my next ski trip and I highly recommend the Center for Orthopedic Excellence.
