Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Memorial Hospital Pembroke

Dr. Reinoso and Barbara are WONDERFUL! I arrived very stressed out as urgent care said I had an infection in my wound. The doctor cleaned my wound, found that there was no infection, and gave me superb care and instructions. Barbara helped my get squared away with supplies and detailed instructions. These folks are outstanding. I highly recommend them!

Please be advised, this is not for Wound Care, this is Hyperbaric Therapy only! Nurse Stephanie, Natalie and Ilaya (sp?) are all fantastic, and treated me like family. They don't look at my blindness as a disability, and they are eager to help cure the wounds from surgery. The Nurse Practioner, Heidi, is also extremely caring. And last but not least, Barbara will go to the kitchen to get me something to eat after treatment. If you need hyperbaric treatment to aid in the healing of a wound, this is the place to go!

This review has been 11 months in the making but I am finally happy to say that I am healed. 11 months ago I met some of the best nurses I have ever met. I started hyperbaric oxygen therapy and I met Lisa, Wendy, Michelle, and Charmaine, wow let me tell you WHAT A TEAM !! Lisa has to be one of the most genuine and caring nurses I have ever met, Wendy was such a great person and helpful with everything, Lisa knew I liked being called by my nickname before I even started treatment and her and wendy always referred to me by it. Michelle has since retired but she was also great and Charmaine used to come in and cover sometimes and she was always asking how I was doing and made me feel so welcomed. I have completed 40 HBO treatments. Dr. Shatkin and the entire staff are excellent. My treating nurses: Lisa, Nathalie, Wendy, and Stephanie are very conpassionate and friendly. I am extremely satisfied. You all are a tremendous assest to Memorial Hospital.

Never on time and the desk staff is rude. The two people behind the check in desk should have replaced many years ago. I can't trust them at all anymore. I will be making a complaint to the AMA and have already spoken to Administration on the horrible experience they offer.
