I can’t say enough about Helen—she’s amazing. I has a serious fall that left me with severe nerve damage affecting my ability to work out and even walk at times. I was told by a sports medicine doctor to simply “wait and see.” Fast forward to meeting Helen; she listened, created a thoughtful treatment plan, and within weeks I was fully healed. This was my first experience with acupuncture, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Highly recommend.

I still have my gallbladder! I was diagnosed with cholelithiasis 18 years ago. I rejected surgery because my mom had her gallbladder removed - at the exact age that I was diagnosed with cholelithiasis. She continued to suffer from an unbalanced system for her entire life. With that historical data I turned towards acupuncture and herbs. Helen helps me to maintain my regime of holistic care. She has a mind of a scientist and the care of a therapist. I feel seen, heard and respected. All the reasons why I refused to be treated by medical institutions. The Centered Healing office is an oasis of humanistic-centered care, Kaitlyn is kind and joyful. I get all the benefits of feeling cared for and connected to a knowledgable and heart-centered community.

I have been so grateful for my treatments from Meghan at Centered Healing. I initially came to her because I had been dealing with depression, stagnation, and a lack of motivation. I was delighted to find that integrating acupuncture into my treatment was just the extra boost I needed to really push me forward.
