Absolutely do NOT go to this dentist. I booked a new patient appointment specifically for a routine exam and cleaning. I provided my insurance information ahead of time, expecting a smooth and straightforward visit. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, I was immediately concerned. The office looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. I shrugged it off, thinking, “It’s just a cleaning, how bad could it be?” Big mistake. There was no hygienist. The dentist did everything himself, which was bizarre and not what I expected. The entire exam and cleaning were rushed, done in 30 minutes. Again, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but things quickly went downhill. The real issue began when I received a bill for services that should have been fully covered by

Nice front desk staff, but they never answer the phone. I would have given 5 stars if my previous dentist was still there. They had great, communicating staff. Now, not so much. The current dentist was poor. Missed a cavity when they already told me there were none. There was no communication about the status of my teeth. No communication about procedures. You need to call while they're open to get a call back. If you do so outside of office hours, they'll never return your call. It takes weeks to cancel appointments. The wait time for appointments is roughly 2 months, sometimes half a year! I would recommend you avoid this place now.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Giustino for the past 2 years and feel we have received excellent care. He is kind and answers all of my questions. He recently did a crown for me and I was very happy with his work. I have had 3 crowns in the past 20 years, and this was by far the most pain free and well fitting. His office staff is very nice and explains all charges prior to the procedure.

Careful you will pay a three percent charge on credit cards and unfortunately they decided to change there system which didn’t make sense, but it is only stated on the window that nobody seems to read since they have so many postings. It should have been made clear when I received multiple texts about my appt., or an email. Of course the customer service is poor to begin with and I should have expected a rotten farewell! So if you pay 766.00 for your teeth, be smart and bring a bag of dollar bills. It is also odd the one and only dentist doesn’t have an assistant, because he needed one to get my five visits for the same procedure completed. These teeth feel like sandpaper…never again!🥹

Animal doesn’t change its color. Now they call themselves ProCare Dental under insurance plan, probably of poor reputation. Yet one thing remains constant - extremely poor customer service. I am at a loss to see 5 star reviews - friendly service? Amazon kicks out tens of thousands of Chinese sellers because of fake reviews. You can set up an appointment purely by luck and then you are at their mercy … you can’t check with them about the charge, talk to the dentist … because they won’t let you.
