Implant nearly finished. Dr Livada absolutely amazing. Even the numbing much better than usual dental work. Very thorough with instructions and answering questions. Called next day to check on me. Hope I don’t have to do another, but if I do, going back to her!
Dr. Jaffal and his staff are excellent. One of the best offices in the area. I was well taken care of. Very clean and professional. Nice smiles on every face. I felt I always have someone to call if I need help. Thank you.
Personnel is friendly and efficient at their jobs but my appointment was 10:30 AM and I was not taken in until after 2 PM. I actually watched two movies on the TV in the waiting room. I was told that the delay was due to a power failure. That failure happened at about 3 AM so I fail to see how that could affect my appointment by about 3-1/2 hours. I was offered rescheduling but when you’re in pain with a toothache you become willing to wait. Overall I liked the personnel and the procedure went extremely well but had a problem with their scheduling.
Dr. Jafaal and his staff are great. I’ve had 3 surgeries with him and he has done great each time, would recommend to anyone needing an oral surgeon.
My tooth extraction went very well. I was impressed with the quality of service this office provided. I especially liked the follow up call!
