The partner in charge of a team of specialists is Ray Cooper, who is widely known as a major authority on how to treat this disorder in the Maryland area.
Ray Cooper is an excellent, knowledgeable therapist in the treatment of lymphedema. I would highly recommend him and the service he provides.
