CHI Health Pharmacy (Lakeside)

I have been having trouble with my insurance and pharmacy communicating with each other. This pharmacy took care of everything with my Dr and insurance and had my meds processed relatively quick. Very happy. Considering changing everything over.

Was trying to get a prescription mailed to me and clearly told the person on the phone that the address on MyChart was not my current address and it needed to be sent to my temporary address. She didn’t write down anything that I said and it was sent to the wrong address. Now my medication is missing and they said there was nothing they could do to refund me since it was delivered and they where never told that it was the wrong address even though I clear told the person to not send it to that address. Seriously disappointed as I have had to stop taking my medication for their mistake.

I just love the staff here. They are so kind and friendly. Never any issues, and are always so so helpful when I have any questions. I can’t see myself going to any other pharmacy again!

I had a c section a couple weeks ago at the hospital and when the pharmacist brought me my prescription he was so rude to my husband and I for no reason and said the medication I was prescribed I probably already had at home so he didn’t give it to me. Definitely not how anyone should be treated especially being in pain.

I was looking for protective ointment and they had exactly what I was looking for. I gave them a two for that reason. I visited this pharmacy some time ago and was treated the same. There "customer service" leaves much to be desired. Will not be back.
