Children's Colorado Regional Outreach Clinic, Loveland

Absolutely horrible. Our doctor was great and he did an amazing job at describing what was wrong with our daughter’s heart. But the Man, who did the echo on her was 100% unprofessional. My daughter is two so she was scared. She has her shirt off in front of a man that she doesn’t know she has wires coming out of her. She’s very confused and he was forcing her to stay in one spot she would turn towards me and he would grab her pants and spin her to where she’s supposed to be.(about 5 or 6 times) When she would say “mommy, I’m done” he would say “well yeah you would be done by now if you’d stay still.” in a very mocking, rude, annoyed tone. I love that they come up north. I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Smith. It was easy and straight forward. The only think I wish is that they told what building at MCR they would be in. North or South. Or even just say “The Youth Clinic”. Turns out the address is for the entire hospital. It would help if they added that tidbit in the reminder. ❤️

Our pediatric pulmonologist was incredible. To find the location was tricky. I think the staff needs to be informed that they (pediatric pulmonary) exist and where we need to go. All in all our provider experience was amazing, finding where we needed to go was a disaster.

We had an excellent experience. The staff were professional and went out of their way to put my little one at ease.

We had an amazing experience, just like all of our experiences that we have had with Children's hospital! We saw Dr. Houin, who was patient, informative, kind, and answered all of our questions. I'm not sure how Children's does it, but they always hire exceptional and very nice employees. Everyone from the people who check you in to the providers who are caring for your children. Would highly recommend to anyone!
