They are all so nice and super accommodating to my autistic son. Dr. Mackenzie and Loretta were very accommodating , kind and supportive.They knew exactly how to make my sons experience a success. Very grateful for a place that truly cares and is inclusive! Thank you!!!

We just had our 2 years old son first dental appointment and it went really great with the dental hygienist and the dentist “ Dr.Mackenzie”, they were very happy to answer our concerns and provided realistic suggestions which we appreciate greatly. The damage was caused by another hygienist who was standing nearby rolling her eyes at our hygienist while I was asking the dentist all questions I had in mind for the visit. Apparently we’re supposed to pay $250 for the visit so we could give them business and keep our mouth shut! Giving 3 star not 1 because it would be unfair to the team who did help us, but already looking for another place for the future dental visits.

Charged for services that haven't been done! I never do fluoride for my three kids and yet my insurance was charged for it. When I called to the office I was told that I "okyed" the treatment, which will never happen, especially for my two year old. The only solution that was offered - a refund if there is a copay (there is none). So, now if I change my mind ang decide to do it, I would have to pay out of pocket. Plus, I paid cash fully for a toothpaste at the desk and then received a bill through an email for it as well. And these are small billings, just cleaning. Can't even imagine the unknown charges added to big work. I wish Carousel Pediatric Dentistry was still available to us, but unfortunately they dont accept our insurance anymore. Service was great. No pain and the Dr. was fantastic as far as services performed on my children. The problem, is the billing and communication of services performed. It is almost impossible to get a straight answer when requesting a quote, or when trying to figure out what is covered by insurance. They always try to make you pay for everything up front and then hope for a reimbursement. Also, you better have a degree in molars and bicuspids if you want to understand any of their plans for service and billing. This has happened almost every time we've had our kids here and this last time was an expensive "miscommunication" We will not be returning.

Children’s Dental has been amazing! Both of my children started going here as toddlers and have never been afraid of them! My son has a very strong gag reflex and they are so good about being mindful of that. The building is beautiful and fun for kids!
