Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Radiology - Town Center

My 7yo had a rough experience with a blood draw at a different place but Reggie at CHOA in Kennesaw changed everything. He made my little one so at ease that my little one didn’t even cry with the blood draw. We will go to CHOA in Kennesaw from now on! Thank you Reggie!!!

Today was our second time visiting this location for a medical procedure, and both times were as pleasant as they could be under the circumstances thanks to the wonderful staff at this office. My daughter, who had to have another MRI with and without an IV contrast, was anxious due to recent issues with bloodwork, not finding the veins, etc. Nurse Jayne Corey was SO comforting, understanding, and amazing; she really listened to us and our daughter, taking the time to calm her and ensure she could find the vein and insert the needle as comfortably and accurately as possible. Our other nurse, Sadhannad Elaine, was just as sweet and understanding, trying to take my daughter's mind off the IV needle while helping her to choose a movie since it would take about an hour. I arrived 10 mins late which was 100% my fault but apparently arriving late will set you back a whole hour. I wish I was informed of that when I arrived and I would’ve rescheduled. I’m writing this after sitting in the waiting for over an hour and watching others get called before me. Yes I realize they were probably on time but if arriving only 10 mins late will set a patient back over an hour then the system maybe be off. I will come back and update my review after we have been seen. After waiting a total of a hour and a half we were finally seen by Michelle. She was awesome and was very gentle with my daughter. These four stars are for her only. Happy Memorial Day

Drove an hour away for an ultrasound for my two year old. Waited an hour in the waiting room for them to tell me the ultrasound tech is running an hour late. The only reason why it’s even getting a star is because the front desk associate was nice.

Idk what the radiology is but, the other part place is good because the there’s freee WiFi there and little iPads for kids and the doctors are nice
