Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Urgent Care Center - Town Center

I brought my child in due to she got hurt while at a birthday party the wait wasn’t that long and the front staff were polite and respectful. The NP was great she was patient with my daughter and has a great personality even to the x-ray tech. Everyone we had an encounter with was super helpful and nice. It was a great experience after baby girl was feeling better she was all happy and playing with the staff

Came to the urgent care today for our L.O and right away we knew it would be a great visit! Short wait, check-in was a breeze, and the staff were so kind and patient with us (even though our L.O made it clear she did NOT want to be there lol!). She was given medicine in the room and is already almost back to her happy self! Thank you CHOA for a great experience and for giving this FTM some peace of mind :) .

I usually do not write reviews praising great service, but felt it was important, especially considering in this day and time and the Awful medical care I have experienced elsewhere. The staff, from the security guards to the front desk, to the entire nursing staff and doctors were fantastic! My two year old sliced his finger open the other evening and everyone was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. The triage nurse even had Motrin prepped so literally as soon as we had signed the forms at check in my son was given Motrin. Additionally, the entire staff clearly communicated with us and answered all of our questions and we never felt like we were an inconvenience or be ignored.

My daughter was seen at this urgent care two days after Christmas when she suddenly became very ill. She experienced fainting, pain, nausea, chills, weakness, and was unable to walk. I arrived at the facility exhausted from carrying her. Immediately upon entering, the security officer brought a wheelchair for her. The receptionist quickly recognized the urgency and communicated with the nurses. The technician noticed how pale my daughter’s face was, which reassured me that she was in good hands. She even brought my daughter a warm blanket to keep her comfortable. They ran several tests and made sure my daughter did not leave until she was stable. I am deeply grateful to everyone who cared for my daughter and for me, as I was very worried about her.
